Welcome to the 2023-24 school year! I am beyond excited to be teaching for my 7th year at Liberty. I have been teaching since 1988! I taught for 27 years in Wilmington, NC! I earned my Master in Educational Leadership at ASPU in 2021.
I am an Army Brat! I have lived in Germany; Seoul, South Korea; Fayetteville, NC; and Madison, Wi. My dad was in the 82nd Airborne out of Fort Bragg.
I have three children. My son, Chris, and daughter, Kimber live in Wilmington, NC with their families. My youngest daughter, Jacqueline, and her husband live here in Clarksville with their four boys!
I look forward to working with you to have an incredible and successful school year! My passion is reading and watching children "grow" as they become more fluent in reading and comprehension.
Let's make EVERY moment count as we find out our learning possibilities are endless!
