Hello, my name is Crystal Shire. I've worked for the CMCSS school system since 2018. I started my journey with CMCSS in the Sub program. After a year in the Sub program, I was offered a 1-to-1 position at Norman Smith Elementary. After I did a year of the 1-to-1, I was offered a General Educational Assistant at Norman Smith. I worked that position for 2 years and have worn many hats in that position. This year is my first year working at Liberty as a General Education Assistant. I'm excited to be part of the Liberty family. I am current working on my teaching certification for Early Childhood (PreK-3rd Grade).
