Hello! ¡Hola! السلام عليكم! Alekee! Hallo! こんにちは！Mwet kacto! My name is Lydia Ethridge, and I am a teacher for English learners at Liberty Elementary. I joined Liberty Elementary in 2023 after four years teaching English learners in Metro Nashville Public Schools. I earned my M.Ed. in Instructional Practice for English Learners from Lipscomb University in 2020.

I am deeply passionate about working with English learners and their families, especially students and families who are new to the US. I myself am a multilingual learner; I speak French as well as Spanish (más o menos). I actually completed part of university in France, so I know what it feels like to navigate school in an additional language. I am excited to work with your student this year!
