Hello Lions! My name is Jessica Cartagena, and I am the School Counselor at Liberty Elementary. This is my 5th year and I really enjoy building relationships with the students. I began my career with CMCSS in 2022 and have been with Liberty since. I graduated with a BS in Psychology/ Minor in Diversity Awareness, and an MA in Science in 2022 in School Counseling. I am obtained my Ed.S in School Counseling from UWA.
