Accessing Student Report Cards – October 2021

CMCSS student report cards for the first nine weeks of the 2021-22 school year will be available on Wednesday, October 27. Parents/guardians will access report cards online using the CMCSS Parent Self-Service webpage at parents.cmcss.net.

If parents/guardians have issues accessing their child’s report card using CMCSS Parent Self-Service, they can contact their child’s enrolled school.

The report card available through Parent Self-Service is considered the official report card with comments for the grading period.

At any time, parents/guardians can check their student’s academic progress on PowerSchool. PowerSchool is the official grade book and attendance tracker for CMCSS. While some digital learning platforms have a grade book, please note that official grades will only be recorded in PowerSchool.

TNReady data from the 2020-21 school year will be sent home with your student(s) beginning Wednesday, October 27. Please contact your child’s enrolled school if you do not receive this information.

UNDERSTANDING POWERSCHOOL AND REPORT CARD ABBREVIATIONS

Families may see several abbreviations in PowerSchool, including:

  • N(#) ex. N1, N2, etc. This is the student’s current grade in the nine weeks.
  • S(#) ex. S1, S2, etc. This is the student’s semester grade, which includes the nine weeks combined. For high school students, this grade will reflect the semester credits earned for that period. This grade will also include mid-term exams when applicable.
  • Y(#) ex. Y1. This refers to the student’s cumulative grade for the year.
  • OT On-Track. Students in grades K – 5 may see this designation on their report cards.
  • AE Approaching Expectations. Students in grades K – 5 may see this designation on their report cards.
  • BE Below Expectations. Students in grades K – 5 may see this designation on their report cards.

2021-2022 Federal Impact Aid Survey Will Be Released October 20

On October 20, parents and guardians of CMCSS will receive an electronic Federal Impact Aid survey.

Federal Impact Aid is designed to assist local school districts that have lost property tax revenue due to tax-exempt Federal property. Federal Impact Aid is set up for school districts where federally owned lands (such as Fort Campbell, government buildings, TVA steam plants, subsidized housing, etc.) are located. It intends to help offset the lost property taxes that would have been collected if businesses or privately owned residences were located there instead. Federal Impact Aid does not provide funding for every military-dependent child who is served in our school system.

Each year, the Clarksville-Montgomery County School System sends out to parents a survey to collect data about federally connected students. The funding formula that determines how much money a school system will receive hinges on accurate information collected on the survey.

It is crucial that parents complete the forms. And the information must be what is accurate on November 2. This year, there will be an electronic survey that is confidential and has no effect on personal taxes or on those who live in subsidized housing.

Please complete the survey by November 12, 2021.

Volunteer as an Educational Surrogate Parent for a Student with Disabilities

Caring individuals always make a difference in the lives of CMCSS students. The district is actively seeking community members who are able to represent the educational interests of students with disabilities.

All children with disabilities are entitled to a free and appropriate public education (FAPE) under state and federal special education laws. Included in these laws is a mandate for the parents of children with disabilities to have the opportunity to actively participate in the educational decision-making process. Some children with disabilities may not have parents who can fulfill this very important role, leaving their educational planning solely to representatives from their local school system or other agencies. Federal law, Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), and state rules, regulations and minimum standards require that an individual must be appointed to make decisions regarding the education students with disabilities must receive.

What is a surrogate parent?

A surrogate parent is a volunteer who is appointed by a local education agency to assist children who do not have parents or family members. The surrogate parent has all of the rights and can make all of the special education or early intervention decisions that are usually made by the child’s parents. Surrogate parents can review educational records; request and consent to evaluations and reevaluations; and challenge the recommendations of the education or early intervention agency by requesting informal and formal dispute resolution procedures. A surrogate parent does not have any rights and responsibilities for the child outside of the special education process.

When does a child require a surrogate parent?

A child with a disability requires a surrogate when:

  1. the parent (as defined in § 300.519) or guardian cannot be identified;
  2. the LEA, after reasonable efforts, cannot discover the whereabouts of a parent;
  3. the child is a ward of the State; or
  4. the child is an unaccompanied homeless youth as defined in section 725 (6) of the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 11434a(6).

What are the responsibilities of a surrogate parent?

The surrogate parent acts as a substitute parent and is given the responsibility of determining the child’s educational experiences. A surrogate parent is not responsible for any financial costs or direct care of the child with disabilities. The surrogate parent represents the child in every step of the education process including identification, evaluation, and educational placement. The Surrogate Parent fulfills the parent role at all Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Team meetings and works to ensure that the child receives FAPE. A surrogate parent is also responsible for keeping confidential all information from the child’s educational, medical, or social services records.

Who can be a surrogate?

Any citizen of the United States of permanent resident who is at least 18 years old and has no conflict of interest concerning the child’s education may serve as an educational surrogate and must be of good moral character. The educational surrogate must act in the best interest of the student he/she represents. Furthermore, an educational surrogate may not be an employee of a public agency providing care, custody, or educational services to the specific child in need of educational surrogate representation.

How much time and money will this commitment take?

Surrogate parents are required to devote approximately three hours to the training provided by Clarksville Montgomery County Schools at least annually. After a student with disabilities is assigned, the educational surrogate reviews the student’s record well enough to understand the student’s needs, strengths, interests as well as their school history. Training is provided free of charge.

Nationwide Food and Supply Shortages Impact Cafeteria Menus

The CMCSS Child Nutrition Department is being impacted by nationwide food and supply shortages. These shortages are creating unavoidable, last-minute menu changes and modifications to the serving trays and utensils. Menu selections may be further limited or altered. However, please know that students will continue to receive a free breakfast and a free lunch this school year. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate these shortages.

Update September 29, 2021

During the September 28 CMCSS School Board meeting, Dr. Angela Huff, Interim Director of Schools addressed the board with information concerning the current supply shortage situation. In her remarks, Dr. Huff mentioned the following:

  • Nationwide, high-volume shortages and supply chain disruptions are creating unavoidable, last-minute menu changes and modifications to serving trays and utensils. However, please note that complete, USDA-approved meals are still being served every day at no charge to students.
  • With the shortages, non-conventional meal tray replacements are being implemented such as bagging all items without a tray. Menu selections may be unconventional, such as sides not matching traditionally with entrees or hamburger/hotdog buns being replaced with flatbreads, wraps, or crackers.
  • Although the Child Nutrition Department has contracts with vendors, they are continuously exploring alternative suppliers and options. A major issue is that many vendors are not taking on new high-volume customers as they work to supply their current customers. For some, sourcing can be as simple as going to Kroger if Publix is out something they need. The District serves over 150,000 meals a week, so sourcing locally is generally not a viable option.
  • The Child Nutrition Department will continue navigating the supply chain disruptions and shortages that have been making national headlines to ensure our students continue to be served USDA-approved meals each school day.
  • As a reminder, CMCSS is not the agency which supplies P-EBT cards. The Tennessee Department of Human Services oversees the pandemic food benefits program.

Kindergarten Families: Starting the New School Year

We are excited to welcome our kindergarten families to CMCSS! Whether this is your first student in the district, or you are an experienced first-day family, here are some things you should know as we begin the school year.

Registration and Enrollment

If you have not yet signed up for school, you can register online at parents.cmcss.net.

Online registration is the first step in the enrollment process. Families will still need to turn in important registration documents in person to either the Enrollment Center or their child’s school once the school front offices reopen on July 22.

If you need technical assistance or prefer to register in person, please contact the Enrollment Center at 931-542-5078 to set up an appointment.

Kindergarten Meet and Greet

All elementary schools will host a Kindergarten Meet & Greet on Friday, August 6 from 5-6 p.m. This is a great time to visit with your child’s teacher, tour the school, and learn about a typical kindergarten day!

First Day of School

All kindergarteners will attend the half-day of school on Monday, August 9. Each elementary school will host its first day of school in a manner best suited for its families. While it is not required that families attend the entire half-day, some may choose to do so.

What does my student need to bring on the first day of school?

This half-day is designed to make your child comfortable with the transition to school. While nothing is required to bring on the first day, they can carry their backpack and water bottle. It may also be a good time to drop off school supplies.

Can I walk my child into school on the first day?

Yes, parents are welcome to walk with their children into school on Monday, August 9, and attend a brief meeting. Teachers are ready to greet families in their classrooms. More information on the first day of school will be provided during the Meet and Greet on August 6.

Flex Days (August 12 – 13; 16-17)

Schools will communicate individually with families regarding kindergarten flex days. Your child will be scheduled to come into school on one of the four days following August 9. All kindergarteners will then begin school on Wednesday, August 18 for their first full day of school. Caregivers can walk their child to class on their assigned flex day, where teachers will acclimate students to the schedule and routines of a typical kindergarten day.

Riding the Bus

If your child will ride the school bus to and from school, rest assured that school staff are waiting to help them navigate their way to the classroom! Families can assist with the bus rider process by helping their child learn their bus number and writing the bus number in a safe location where your child can find it. If you have questions about the bus rider process, someone will be able to assist you at the Kindergarten Meet & Greet.

School Supplies

Each teacher will have specific school supplies for their classroom that will be communicated on one of the first days of school. Families can find a general school supply list here.

CMCSS 2021-2022 In-Person Learning Health and Safety Overview

CMCSS has communicated with families since last year that schools cannot eliminate the spread of COVID-19 during in-person learning, but our collective actions can help mitigate the spread. The District’s COVID-19 mitigation strategy has always been about using multiple layers to improve success, sometimes referred to as the Swiss Cheese model. For the 2021-2022 school year, CMCSS has been using the following primary mitigation layers:

  • Using MERV 13 instead of MERV 9 filters in all buildings
  • Increasing outdoor air ventilation
  • Employing enhanced two-step cleaning throughout buildings
  • Encouraging self-screening, masks, handwashing, covering sneezes, and staying home when sick for all students, employees, and visitors
  • Identifying opportunities to promote physical distancing when possible in schools
  • Replenishing hand sanitizing stations
  • Promoting the use of personal water bottles and filling stations while water fountains are shut down
  • Establishing School Health Screening Rooms
  • Providing vaccination opportunities and COVID-19 testing for employees and their families at Onsite Employee Health and Wellness Clinics
  • Updating and implementing the Return to School/Work Flowchart

To add more layers to CMCSS’ mitigation strategy, effective Monday, August 23, the following protocols will take effect until Montgomery County goes back down to moderate/low transmission levels:

  • Modifying custodial procedures to further increase the focus on two-step cleaning throughout the day and decrease focus on other areas (window cleaning, floor buffing, etc.)
  • Operating mechanical systems (HVAC) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week as possible for each building’s situation to further increase filtration
  • Limiting nonessential visitors from the school environment at the discretion of building administrators, to include temporarily not allowing lunchtime visitors
  • Limiting indoor mass gatherings during the school day at the discretion of building administrators
  • Providing masks in school buildings and on transportation for those who request one
  • Increasing hand sanitizing stations in schools and on transportation

COVID-19 Exposure Response Plan

When a CMCSS student or CMCSS employee tests positive for COVID-19, they will need to notify either the school nurse (if they are a student) or their supervisor (if they are an employee). The medical office that performed the test will notify the Montgomery County Health Department for contact tracing.

Events/Athletics Capacity

CMCSS will return to normal capacity for after-school events, meetings, and athletics for the 2021-2022 school year. CMCSS will continue following TSSAA’s guidelines for athletics. The district will keep families informed as guidelines are updated throughout the year.

Face Masks

Face masks are strongly encouraged for students, employees, and visitors inside buildings and on transportation. Families are encouraged to use their judgment on sending their student(s) to school with a mask and make whatever decision will be best for the health of their child(ren) or other members of their household. Self-Screening

Employees will be expected to self-screen before entering school premises.

Self-screening protocols for students and visitors will continue. Families are strongly encouraged to engage in self-screening at home prior to each school day. Click here for updated guidance from the CDC regarding screening K-12 students for symptoms of COVID-19.

If “yes”, please consult your personal health care provider before returning to any CMCSS locations. Students, employees, and visitors who are sick must follow the CMCSS Flowchart.

Water Fountains

Water fountains will be closed during the 2021-2022 school year. Water filling stations will be open where available. Students should bring their own water bottles.

Administrative Appointments Announced in May

The Clarksville-Montgomery County School System is announcing multiple administrative appointments for the 2021-2022 school year.

May 21, 2021

In response to student enrollment growth at Kenwood, New Providence, and Richview middle schools, CMCSS has selected the following half-time assistant principals for those schools beginning the 2021-22 school year.

Kenwood Middle School

Dr. Charlsie Gordian has been selected as a half-time assistant principal at Kenwood Middle School. Currently, she is an Academic Coach at Kenwood Middle and has previously served as an Intervention Coordinator and teacher at New Providence Middle School. Prior to joining CMCSS in 2016, she had seven years of experience in teaching and substitute teaching roles in Kentucky.

Dr. Gordian earned her Ed.D. in School Administration, Ed.S. in Educational Leadership with administrator certification, and M.Ed. in Teacher Leadership from the University of the Cumberlands in Williamsburg, KY. She earned her B.S. in Middle Grades Education from Murray State University in Murray, KY and associate degrees in Applied Science, Arts, and Science from Hopkinsville Community College in Hopkinsville, KY. She completed the McREL Balanced Leadership Training for Administrators and CMCSS Aspiring Administrators Academy.

New Providence Middle School

Taylor Massie has been selected as a half-time assistant principal at New Providence Middle School. Currently, she serves as a Virtual Teacher and the AVID Coordinator at New Providence. She started her career in CMCSS in 2013 at New Providence and has served as a Language Arts teacher, lead teacher, and Site-Based Induction Specialist. She was named a Distinguished Educator in 2019 and was the Green Apple recipient in 2015.

 

Massie earned her Ed.S. in Accountability and Instructional Leadership from Trevecca Nazarene University and an M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction and a B.A. in English from Austin Peay State University. She completed the McREL Balanced Leadership Training for Administrators and CMCSS Aspiring Administrators Academy.

Richview Middle School

Verlina Heady has been selected as a half-time assistant principal at Richview Middle School. Since 2004, she has served as a Reading, Language Arts, and Writing teacher at Richview. Over her seventeen years of experience in education, she also has served as a team leader, student-teacher and new employee mentor, and a student tutor and mentor. At the higher-education level, she serves as a writing tutor and reading specialist for college students.

Heady earned her Ed.S. in Administration and Supervision from Austin Peay State University, M.Ed. in School Counseling from the University of West Alabama, and B.S. in English from Austin Peay State University.

Director of Curriculum and Instruction 9-12

Dr. Schanda Doughty has been selected as the Director of Curriculum and Instruction 9-12, replacing Dr. Brandi Blackley who will be transitioning to Kenwood High School as an assistant principal.

Dr. Doughty has been the principal of Rossview High School since 2016, previously serving as an assistant principal at the school for seven years and one year at West Creek Middle. She began her teaching career in CMCSS in 2000 at Clarksville High and also taught at Rossview High. During her 21-year career with CMCSS, she has earned numerous awards and recognitions, including the Green Apple Award (2002 & 2004), Distinguished Classroom Teacher Award, and the TSSAA Region 5 Principal of the Year Award.

She earned her Ed.D. in Learning Organizations and Strategic Change from Lipscomb University, M.A. in Education from Austin Peay State University, and Bachelor of Science in Business Education from Murray State University. Doughty completed the CMCSS Aspiring Administrator Academy, CMCSS Advanced Leadership Training for Assistant Principals, and McREL Balanced Leadership Training for Administrators.

Kenwood High School Assistant Principal

Brandi Blackley has been selected as an assistant principal at Kenwood High School, beginning the 2021-2022 school year.

Blackley has been the Director of Curriculum and Instruction 9-12 since 2019. Previously, she served as an assistant principal at Northwest High School. Before beginning her career with CMCSS in 2017, she was an assistant principal at Covington High and Brighton Middle schools and had served in instructional support roles in Shelby and Tipton counties. Additionally, Blackley has 18 years of teaching experience in schools in Mississippi, Georgia, and Tennessee. Over her 25-year career in education, she has served on numerous school-, district-, and state-level curriculum, assessment, and professional-learning committees.

She earned her master’s in educational leadership from Trevecca Nazarene University and B.A. in English from Delta State University in Cleveland, Miss.

Moore Magnet Elementary School Principal

Kelsea Cox has been selected to serve as the principal of Moore Magnet Elementary STEM School, replacing Ptosha Maclin who will be transitioning to Carmel Elementary as the principal.
Cox has been an assistant principal at Barkers Mill Elementary School since 2016. Previously, she has served as an Academic Coach, RTI2 Specialist, and first-grade teacher at Barkers Mill, beginning her tenure with CMCSS in 2011. She has served on several local and state-level committees, including the APSU Teacher Education Council, Tennessee Teacher-Leader Network, and the TN Governor’s ELA Standards Review Committee.

She earned her M.A. in Educational Leadership and B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies from Austin Peay State University. Cox completed the McREL Balanced Leadership Training for Administrators and the CMCSS Leadership Development Class Series.

West Creek Elementary Principal

Melanie Steinlage has been selected to serve as the principal of West Creek Elementary School, replacing Lynne Rains who will be transitioning to Barkers Mill Elementary as the principal.

Steinlage has been the assistant principal at Byrns Darden Elementary School since 2018. Previously, she has served as an Academic Coach at Byrns Darden and Hazelwood elementary schools and a teacher at Hazelwood Elementary, beginning her tenure with CMCSS in 2010. She also has served as a Site-Based Induction Specialist and on several school and district-level committees.

She earned her M.S. in Educational Leadership K-12 from the University of Tennessee Martin and her B.S. in Elementary Education from the University of South Florida. Steinlage completed the McREL Balanced Leadership Training for Administrators as well as several Kagan Professional Development Workshops.

Barkers Mill Elementary School Assistant Principal

Kim B. Smith has been selected to serve as an assistant principal at Barkers Mill Elementary School.

Smith has served as the assistant principal at Carmel Elementary since 2018. She has 13 years of experience in school leadership, having served as principal of Moore Magnet Elementary and assistant principal at Minglewood Elementary. Smith began her tenure with CMCSS in 1990 as a teacher at Ringgold Elementary School and also has taught at St. Bethlehem and Kenwood elementary schools. Over her 31 years in the district, Smith has earned numerous awards and recognitions, including the NCLB Highly Qualified Teacher designation, the Green Apple Award, Distinguished Classroom Teacher Award, CMCSS K-4 Teacher of the Year in both 2000 and 2005, and was a state finalist for Tennessee Teacher of the Year.

She earned both her M.A. and B.S. in education from Austin Peay State University and her administrative endorsement from Trevecca Nazarene University. Smith completed the McREL Balanced Leadership Training for Administrators, CMCSS Aspiring Administrators Academy, and the CMCSS Leadership Development Class Series.

CMCSS K-12 Virtual School Assistant Principal

Danielle Head has been selected to serve as an assistant principal at CMCSS K-12 Virtual School.

Head has been serving as a Technology Integration Coach for the district since 2017. Previously, she served as a teacher at Carmel and Moore Magnet elementary schools and began her career with CMCSS in 2009 as a substitute teacher. Head has earned several national certifications, including the Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert, and she is in the process of completing the International Society for Technology in Education Certification.

She earned her Ed.S. in Administration from Arkansas State University and her M.A. in Elementary Education and B.A. in Communications from Austin Peay State University. Head completed the McREL Balanced Leadership Training for Administrators.

Liberty Elementary School Assistant Principal

Donna Gagliardi has been selected to serve as the assistant principal at Liberty Elementary School.

Gagliardi has been an assistant principal at Minglewood Elementary School since 2018, previously serving in a split assistant principal position between Minglewood and Ringgold elementary schools in 2017-18. Before entering school leadership, she was an Academic Coach at Ringgold and had over 20 years of teaching experience in Tennessee and Illinois. She also has served as a Site-Based Induction Specialist and on other school- and district-level curriculum, professional learning, and leadership committees. Gagliardi has earned several honors, including Ringgold Teacher of the Year nominee (2013, 2014, & 2015), Distinguished Classroom Teacher of the Year, and Disney’s American Teacher Award Semi-Finalist in 1999.

She earned her master’s in Educational Leadership from Austin Peay State University and bachelor’s in Elementary Education from Western Illinois University. Gagliardi completed the McREL Balanced Leadership Training for Administrators and the CMCSS Aspiring Administrators Academy.

Montgomery Central Middle School Assistant Principal

Johnathan Stoll has been selected to serve as an assistant principal at Montgomery Central Middle School.

Stoll has served as the Student Support Coordinator at New Providence Middle School since June 2018, beginning his teaching career at the school in 2013. Previously, he served as a substitute teacher for CMCSS. Stoll has participated in several school- and district-level professional learning and curriculum roles and was the district’s Eighth-Grade Science Lead Teacher. He was named the New Providence Teacher of the Year in 2017.

He earned his Ed.S. in Accountability and Instructional Leadership from Trevecca Nazarene University, M.A. in Teaching from Austin Peay State University, and B.S. in Cell and Molecular Biology from the University of Tennessee at Martin. He completed the CMCSS Aspiring Administrators Academy, and has earned certifications in Restorative Practices and the National Math and Science Initiative (NMSI).

West Creek Middle School Assistant Principal

Dale Land has been selected to serve as an assistant principal at West Creek Middle School.

Land has been the assistant principal at Liberty Elementary School since 2019. He began his career with CMCSS in 2012, and has served as an academic coach, science teacher at Kenwood Middle, and classroom teacher at Ringgold Elementary. Before coming to CMCSS, Land had a 20-year career in the United States Army as a soldier, Assistant Operations and Training Manager, and Senior Educator and Administrator.

He earned his Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and Ed.S. in Administrative Leadership from Carson-Newman University, M.A. in Teaching from Austin Peay State University, and B.S. in Criminal Justice from Troy University. Land completed the McREL Balanced Leadership Training for Administrators, CMCSS Aspiring Administrators Academy, and the Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.

How to Access Student Report Cards

CMCSS student report cards for the third nine weeks of the 2020-21 school year will be available on Monday, March 22. For CMCSS students in grades 1-12, parents/guardians will access report cards online using the CMCSS Parent Self-Service webpage at parents.cmcss.net. For students in kindergarten, teachers will send parents/guardians standards-based report cards.

If parents/guardians have issues accessing their child’s report card using CMCSS Parent Self-Service, they can contact their child’s enrolled school.

At any time, parents/guardians can check their student’s academic progress on PowerSchool. PowerSchool is the official grade book and attendance tracker for CMCSS. While some digital learning platforms do have a grade book, please note that official grades will only be recorded in PowerSchool.

Thanksgiving Break Reminder

Good evening, CMCSS families,

As a reminder, next Monday, November 23 through Wednesday, November 25 are pre-planned, district-wide remote learning days for traditional students. With remote learning, students will not report to the school building as they will access learning via the laptops provided by the district. This week, teachers will communicate with students on how to access lessons. Families who need access to no-cost meals can find information here.

Thanksgiving Break will be Thursday, November 26, and Friday, November 27, and classes will resume on Monday, November 30.

CMCSS students, faculty, staff, and administrators have worked hard to implement the district’s reopening plan and to keep our school buildings open for those families that chose the traditional option. It is going to take the community working together to minimize the spread of COVID-19 in order to keep our buildings open. Please remember, everyone is expected to self-screen prior to entering school property. In addition, students, faculty, and staff should not enter a school building if they are awaiting a COVID-19 test result or if a household member is awaiting a COVID-19 test result unless the household member is being tested routinely for work or surgeries. Regarding fan attendance at athletic events, CMCSS is following guidance from TSSAA. All CMCSS facilities have limited seating capacities for all sporting events. Masks are required for all spectators. Families are allowed to sit together, but spectators must remain physically distant whenever possible from all other spectators. CMCSS has the authority to enforce health and safety guidelines for spectators and the right to remove spectators who do not adhere to the guidelines. Additionally, school and district leaders have the authority to prohibit spectators if there are concerns.

The percent of COVID-19 in the community is continuing to rise. Please follow the guidance of our local, state, and national public health experts. Wash your hands frequently, wear a mask when physical distancing cannot be maintained, and stay home if you are sick. The district will continue to do its best to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 in our schools, but we need everyone to do their part.

Curbside Food Distribution – November 2020

The CMCSS Child Nutrition department will alter its curbside food distribution days the week of Election Day and the week of Thanksgiving. Please see the alternate pick-up dates below. All curbside food distribution will take place at the elementary schools.

Friday, October 30: Distribution from 1 – 2 pm will include eight meals for include Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday meals. (Virtual and Traditional students)

Monday, November 2: No meal distribution. Traditional students will be in a remote learning model and not report to in-person school. 

Wednesday, November 4: Distribution from 1 – 2 pm will include six meals for Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. (Virtual students)

Friday, November 6: Distribution from 1 – 2 pm will include four meals for Saturday and Sunday. (Virtual and Traditional students)

The week of November 9 – 13 will operate as normal with Monday and Friday distribution.

The week of November 16 – 20 will operate as normal with Monday and Friday distribution.

Monday, November 23: Distribution from 1 – 2 pm will include fourteen meals to cover Monday – Sunday. (Virtual and Traditional students)

The week of November 30 – December 4 will operate as normal with Monday and Friday distribution.
